Our Mission
We aim to create an inviting and community driven board game cafe with an emphasis on inclusivity. This idea will be further invoked by giving customers the option of Gluten Free and Vegan alternatives for food and drink.
The hope is for Sequoia Cafe to be a community space. We intend to host regular open mics, film screenings, writing seminars and more.
Products that can be sourced locally will be utilized whenever possible, such as coffee beans and produce. Furthermore, the majority of board game offerings will be derived from independent creators aside from fun staples.
Expectations vs Reality
Starting a business is expensive and asking for help can be difficult. That being said, no one is under any obligation whatsoever to donate, but if you choose to do so, 100% of all donations will go directly into startup costs for the business. We thank you, and can’t wait to see you at Sequoia!
